Sacred Breath Journeys with Trish

2 Guided Sessions Per Month 

A powerful space to reset your nervous system, release emotional baggage and reconnect to yourself — all through the power of breath, music and your own presence.

Every month, you’re guided through two deeply immersive Soma Breath sessions, each built around a unique theme where you release the past, expand your awareness, and step into who you’re becoming.

Inside each session:

We begin with gentle humming which activates the vagus nerve guiding your body out of stress and into calm. From there, we move into a few rounds of chanting which helps to balance the body’s energetic reservoirs (the 3 dan tiens)

You’ll then be led into a grounding meditation, where the theme of the session is introduced and the energy is set for your journey.

From this space, we enter into three rounds of Soma Breathwork — 1st round rhythmical breathing, 2nd round holding the breath out, 3rd round holding the breath in which allows you to

  • Release stored emotions

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Expand awareness and clarity

  • Reconnect to your body and inner truth

  • Feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned

Each session is different, allowing you to explore new layers of healing and self-discovery in a safe, supportive environment.
