Trish

For 20 years, Trish lived with chronic pain, relying on daily medication. Then her life changed through what she describes as a Divine visitation from Jesus Christ. She heard the words, “Everything is going to be okay”. Within a few weeks pain dissolved, medication was no longer needed, and a miracle led to a life of service. For over 26 years, Trish has walked beside others as an Intuitive Counsellor and Spiritual Guide, supporting deep emotional and energetic healing. Her next step was to become a Reiki Master, expanding her understanding of the body’s innate wisdom and natural capacity to heal. Learning Tapping to understand the sub conscious mind. After a later health crisis that left her immune system compromised, she discovered Qi Gong. Gentle, flowing movements restored her immune system in under 6 weeks. Inspired by her own recovery, she trained as an instructor to share this powerful practice. During covid isolation, she explored Soma breathwork, training as an Advanced Instructor and Transformational Coach. Rhythmic breathing mixed with intermittent hypoxia has so many health benefits. Awakening deep peace, joy and a regulated nervous system. Today, Trish weaves intuitive guidance, energy medicine, and transformational breathwork into powerful sessions that help clients release trauma, elevate their vibrational frequency, and reconnect with themselves. Her message is simple: L.O.V.E —changing our Level Of Vibrational Energy, changes our lives.
